"Son of a God" reinterprets Veronese's Resurrection through the 21st century's most profitable pantheon.
A body rises from the tomb with a hammer instead of a cross and lightning instead of a halo. At the foot of the tomb, a star-spangled shield, a fleeing green cape, a broken helmet that no longer serves anyone. On the sarcophagus, an orange portal opens out of nowhere.
An indefinite article is all it takes to change religion.
