How does the order work?
Choose the item, size, and color, and complete the purchase directly on the website. Your order will be confirmed by email. From that moment, your item will be made especially for you.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Each piece is made to order. Average lead times are: production 5–10 business days, shipping 1–3 business days, estimated total 7–15 business days. We're not a warehouse: we're a workshop. Quality takes time.

Can I choose the size and color?
Yes. Each piece is available in sizes from XXS to 3XL and in multiple colorways. Select your combination directly from the product page.

How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. If you have any questions, contact us via email or on Instagram. We'll help you.

Can I make a return?
Yes. If the product is defective or does not match your order, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. You have 14 days from receipt to contact us. The item must be intact, unwashed, and unworn. Full details are in our Return Policy.

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and major digital methods supported by Shopify Payments.

Is shipping free?
In Italy, shipping is free for orders over €70. For orders under €70, the cost is €5.90. Shipping to Europe is €12.90.

What is the Museum?
When an artwork is sold out, it's withdrawn and placed in the Museum, our permanent archive. You can admire the works, but they're no longer available for purchase. If you're interested in an item, don't wait too long.
